DCR server is down or inaccessible

Dear
I am facing problem in LMS 4.1
Inventory -> Tools -> cisco view
Error
"Error in communicating with DCR Server.
DCR Server may be down. Please start the DCR Server and then refresh the page. "

I restored my system with old image to play LMS with old inof.. but same issue i am facing.

Please support me.
