Main Console Error

I am running Win7 recently upgraded from Vista. I have 1 camera that I am trying to get working. After a new install of the software.  I can load it to find the version but it was the latest I was able to find and download. I get the error message "Cannot properly load Database Template, Please reinstall the system to solve this problem".  This occurs when attempting to load Main Console for the first time. If I try to run the program  DBTools  I get the error message "Soft Installation not found" This is a multi-user system but I am admin and the software was installed by me.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Any thoughts on why it is not working properly.

Yes, In windows 7 you have to right click on Main console and (Run as Administrator) then it will prompt for you to login. Thanks,   Jason
